Important rules & info:

• Filming is NOT allowed during classes. The only exception is our official festival photographers.
• Be nice to the floor! Check your shoes for any sharp edges, loose or sticking out screws before you dance in our studios. If you damage the floor you are liable for compensation.
  
• Smoking is of course prohibited in all event facilities, and also outside within 50 meters from building.
  
• WE ONLY ACCEPT CASH (SEK), or Swish. It's not possible to pay with credit/debet card at the festival.
• Daylight saving, March 31^st  The clock is set forward 1 hour on the night between Saturday and Sunday.
  

Location / Venues

All festival activities (except Opening Show & Faculty Gala) are at Kulturama, a spacious venue that ordinarily houses a school with dance programs and other art educations. There are dressing rooms with showers, and free Wifi:   mbs_guest    password:  medborgarskolan

In the foyer on floor 1 we have our STF Reception, and that's where you check in when arriving.

Accessibility: Kulturama has entrance at street level (floor 2) with no steps, a big elevator and accesible toilets. We are available to answer questions and give information in Swedish and English. Please contact Jonas or, during the event, the STF reception.

KULTURAMA entrance address, floor 1: Heliosgången 18, 120 30 Stockholm. (Kulturama's offical address, floor 2: Virkesvägen 21)

Latest entrance time each day is 22.30. (Thursday 23.30). After that time, the door is locked and only an emergency exit. Exiting the building after 22.30 is only possible through the door on floor 2 (locked for entry)

Opening Show is at SÖDRA TEATERN, address: Mosebacke Torg 1-3, 116 46 Stockholm

Faculty Gala is at SCALATEATERN, address: Wallingatan 32, 111 24 Stockholm

Check-in / STF Reception

Do NOT come to Kulturama before 16:00 on Thursday March 28^th, unless you are taking an earlier master class. We will not have any access to any space for people to hang out beause the school operating in the building is still in session. If you are not registered for a class you will be asked to leave the building. Everybody is welcome from 16:00 on Thursday when have full access to the venue.

It is of course possible to register and attend any of those earlier master classes up until class starting time. Just please send Andrew an email before. Drop-in can be ok, but first check the Registration page if the class is sold out! (we will have staff at the venue to direct those taking class to the studio.)

STF Café

We have our own café on floor 2 serving drinks, coffee, sandwiches, snacks and some dinner options.

LUNCH PACKAGE - If you have pre-ordered lunch, the service is in the cantina on floor 2.

Pharmacy: DOZ Apotek is a block from Kulturama, address: Hammarby Allé 114. (there is also a 24-hour pharmacy near central station, address: Klarabergsgatan 64)

Cash machine: 2 blocks from Kulturama, address: Lugnets Allé 25.

Stockholm public transportation
Easiest online journey planning is using Google Maps, just writing the street address to where you want go. That gives you all transportations options and walking directions.

Note 1: Cash doesn't work on public transport, but you can use contactless bank cards.

Note 2: Metro runs all night long during most of the festival (Thursday night to and including Sunday night). Bus 96 runs all night long everyday, passing Kulturama bus/tram stop "Luma"

Traveling from the airport

All three airports have direct buses taking you to Stockholm City Terminal: Airport Buses; Arlanda, Bromma & Skavsta. There's also a fast direct train from Arlanda to Stockholm Central Station: Arlanda Express.

We do not tolerate any harassment or discrimination on any grounds, like race, ethnicity, sex, gender identity and/or expression, sexual orientation, religion, ability, age, social origin, physical appearance, body shape or size.
