FREE kids & youth classes, April 18th-21st

We are again excited to offer classes for kids and teenagers during the festival, and the classes are free of charge! Presented is in collaboration with Svenska Rytmsektionen, a non-profit association for the advancemant of tap in Sweden, especially for kids/youth.

All classes are taught by international festival participants and held in English. Classes are separate so you can choose to do just one day or all four days. All classes are at the festival venue Kulturama, where our staff in the STF Reception will guide you further.

NOTE - These classes are usually attended by children who haven't tap danced before. If your child has previous experience we suggest they do a Main Schedule package and/or individual Master Classes. There is no age limit and totally fine for youth to participate, as long as your child is ok to be in an adult group.

Tap Kids - ages 8 to 12 years old

      Each day at 12.45-13.45

Tap Youth -  ages 13 and up

      Each day at 12.45-13.45

Please email info@stockholmtapfestival.se to register and include the student's name, age, and which days you would like to attend.

We have tap shoes to borrow, but mostly adult sizes. If you have, bring shoes with a leather or plastic sole. If not, any clean indoor shoe will be fine.

      Everything is subject to change.
